A power dialer automatically calls the next number on your list as soon as a rep finishes a call. It removes manual dialing, so a rep spends more of the hour talking and less of it dialing. The question most small teams ask first is simple: what will it cost us each month?

Competitor prices are taken from public pricing information as of October 2026 and can change; please check each vendor's website for current pricing. Call minutes: Zorino calls run on your own Twilio account at Twilio's rates (about $0.014 per minute in the US, so 1,000 minutes cost about $14), billed by Twilio. Kixie includes US and Canada calling in its price. All trademarks belong to their respective owners; Zorino is not affiliated with these companies.
The 4 things that drive the price
- Per-seat pricing. Most dialers charge per user. A team that grows from 5 to 8 people pays 60% more the next month, even if call volume barely changes.
- Annual contracts. The lowest prices are often for annual billing. Some vendors require a yearly commitment for small teams. Month-to-month usually costs more per seat.
- Minimum seats and add-ons. Watch for minimum license counts and for the power dialer sold as an add-on to a basic phone plan.
- Calling minutes. Some vendors include calling in the price, others bill minutes separately. Ask exactly what is included and in which countries.
The hidden costs to check before you sign
- Phone numbers: monthly cost per number, and whether you can keep them if you leave.
- Markups on minutes: some platforms resell carrier minutes at a margin.
- Integrations or features that require a higher tier.
- Cancellation terms on annual plans.
How a flat team price changes the math
Zorino charges one price for the whole team instead of per seat: $129/month for 2 users, $250 for 5, $450 for 10, month to month. Calls run on your own Twilio account at Twilio's rates (about $0.014 per minute in the US), with no markup from Zorino. A team of 5 making 1,000 minutes of calls a month pays about $250 + $14.
To be fair: if you want calling minutes bundled into one bill and you can commit to a yearly contract, a per-seat dialer that includes calling can make sense. If you want a predictable price that does not grow with every hire, a flat team price is simpler.
