Zorino is a customer relationship management (CRM) and calling tool that businesses use to organize their contacts and outbound calls. This policy explains what data we process and how.
When an authorized member of a customer's team connects a Google account to Zorino, the application reads, in read-only mode, the contacts of a specific Google Contacts group (name and phone number) in order to import them into that customer's own prospect database. We do not access your email, your calendar, or any other Google data.
Imported contacts are used only to manage the customer's own business activities (prospect follow-up and outbound calls). Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's data.
Zorino's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is stored on our secure servers and kept for as long as needed for the customer's activities. Access to Google Contacts can be revoked at any time from the application's Sync page or from your Google account permissions.
