Best power dialer for small business in 2026

There is no single best power dialer, only the best one for your team size, budget and the way your reps work. Here is how five options compare for a small business in 2026.

A power dialer calls the next contact on your list the moment a rep finishes a call, so reps spend the hour talking instead of dialing. For a small business the "best" one is the one that fits your team size, your budget, where your reps work and whether you can live with an annual contract. Below are five options compared on the things that matter for a team of 2 to 10, with prices for a team of 5 as of October 15, 2026.

The five options, honestly

Zorino

Best for: teams of 2 to 10 that want one predictable price and reps on their own phones. One flat price per team ($129 for 2 users, $250 for 5, $450 for 10), month to month, with a local US or Canadian number and 500, 1,500 or 4,000 minutes included. Answering machine detection, callbacks, Do Not Call list, WhatsApp, stats per rep, in English, French and Spanish. Not for you if: you need a full business phone system with IVR menus and call queues, or deep integrations with a large CRM.

PhoneBurner

Best for: teams that want a long-established, dedicated power dialer with many sales features and CRM integrations, and are comfortable paying per seat. PhoneBurner Standard or Professional works out to $700 to $825 per month for 5 users on annual billing ($825 to $975 on monthly billing). Watch for: per-user pricing that grows with every hire and the annual commitment needed for the lower price.

Kixie

Best for: teams that want unlimited US and Canada calling bundled in and strong CRM integrations. Kixie does not publish its prices. It includes unlimited US and Canada calling, so ask Kixie for a quote for 5 users and compare. Watch for: prices are not published and plans are usually yearly.

Aircall

Best for: support and sales teams that need a complete cloud phone system (IVR, routing, call center features) with a large app marketplace. Aircall Professional works out to $250 per month for 5 licenses on annual billing. Zorino costs the same, month to month. Watch for: the power dialer is on the Professional plan only, with a 3-license minimum and annual pricing.

JustCall

Best for: teams that want calling, SMS campaigns and a wide integration catalog in one tool. JustCall Pro works out to $245 per month for 5 users on annual billing; check JustCall for how calls are billed. Zorino is $5 more per month, with no annual commitment. Watch for: annual pricing with a 2-user minimum; check how calling minutes are billed.

How to choose: five questions

  1. How many people will call, today and in 6 months? Per-seat prices punish growth; a flat team price does not.
  2. Where do your reps work? If they are in the field or at home without a headset setup, a dialer that rings their own phone (Zorino) removes a lot of friction. If everyone sits at a desk, a softphone dialer is fine.
  3. Can you commit for a year? The lowest per-seat prices usually require it. If not, compare monthly prices only.
  4. Are minutes included? Ask what is included, for which countries, and what extra minutes cost. Zorino includes minutes and charges 3 cents per extra minute, prepaid.
  5. Do you need a phone system or a dialer? IVR menus, queues and call routing are phone-system features. If you mostly call out, you are paying for things you will not use.

Features every power dialer on this list should have

Zorino has all six. Before you decide, let it call you: the live demo dials up to 5 numbers you choose and rings your phone when someone answers. Two minutes, no account, no card.
