Do I need a Twilio account?
No. Zorino gives you a local business number and handles the phone lines for you. You can still connect your own Twilio account if you prefer.
What will I pay for calls?
Your plan includes call minutes every month, shared by everyone on your account: 500 on Starter, 1,500 on Business and 4,000 on Pro. Extra minutes cost 3 cents each, prepaid in packs of $20 with automatic recharge. Unused credit carries over.
How are minutes counted?
Included minutes renew on the 1st of each calendar month and are shared by the whole team. They are counted the way the phone network bills them: per call leg, rounded up to the next minute. Calls that are not answered, busy or failed use no minutes; a voicemail that picks up does. When a person answers and Zorino connects them to an employee, the call uses minutes on both lines: the contact and the employee's phone. Unused included minutes do not carry over; prepaid credit does. When credit falls below 60 minutes, a $20 pack (666 minutes) is added automatically; if the card is refused, calling pauses until the payment goes through. The 14-day trial includes a local number and 100 minutes. We email you at 80% of your included minutes and each time a pack is added, and you can turn automatic recharge off at any time on your Subscription page.
What happens when a call doesn't connect?
It shows in your call log with its result (no answer, busy or failed) and uses no minutes. The contact stays in your list, so you can call again later or schedule a callback in one click. Each rep's connect rate is in the daily stats.
Can I try it before I sign up?

Can my team use their own phones?
Yes. Calls ring on each employee's own phone. There is no app or call center software to install.
Can I use Zorino outside the US and Canada?
Your team can work from anywhere: calls ring on each employee's own phone, and the app works in English, French and Spanish. Your included number is a US or Canadian local number, and included minutes cover calls to the US and Canada. Need to call other countries? Contact us before you start.
What do we need to get started?
A phone, a good headset and an internet connection. Your Zorino number is included. No big computer or call center equipment.
Who is Zorino for?
Zorino is built for legitimate business calling, such as following up with customers and leads who can be contacted. Abusive, deceptive or unlawful use is not allowed and accounts can be suspended.
Which languages are supported?
The app and your automated call messages work in English, French and Spanish.
Is calling compliant with the law?
Zorino gives you tools such as calling hours and a Do Not Call list. You remain responsible for following the calling, texting, consent and privacy rules that apply to your business and your contacts in every country you call, such as the TCPA in the United States, the CRTC rules in Canada and the GDPR in Europe.
