Zorino runs on Railway, a cloud infrastructure provider that uses isolated containers for each service. Application data is stored in dedicated PostgreSQL databases. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
Each Zorino account (tenant) is fully isolated at the application layer. Your contacts, call logs, team members and settings are never visible to other accounts. Database rows are always filtered by tenant identifier before being read or written.
Call records and WhatsApp message logs are stored in Zorino's database and are only accessible to users of your account. Audio recordings, if enabled in your Twilio account, are stored by Twilio under your Twilio account credentials — Zorino does not store audio.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Twilio API keys entered during setup are encrypted at rest.
Zorino is operated from Québec, Canada. We comply with Québec Law 25 (Act to Modernize Legislative Provisions as Regards the Protection of Personal Information) and follow GDPR-aligned principles for users outside Canada. Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
We use a small number of subprocessors to operate the service:
When you cancel your account, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
To report a vulnerability or ask a security question, please contact support@zorino.io. We take security reports seriously and will respond within 2 business days.
